Marker for the messages accepted by the OtlpExportActor — the batch
envelopes (ExportSpans, ExportMetrics, ExportLogs) and the
FlushNow control signal. Gives the export actor's ref a concrete message
type (ActorRef<ExportCommand>). Untraced so the export path generates no
telemetry about itself.
